At Whitestar we put people before profits. We are the good guys of the data and electrical industry. The team here at Whitestar are the lifeblood of our company. Our whole team is extensive with all levels from engineers to apprentices out supporting our clients every day. The people you will meet here are the senior management team, responsible for ensuring the job gets done.
John is the founder of Whitestar and focuses on strategic planning with an emphasis on sales growth and new technologies.
Best bit of the job: John enjoys going to work everyday 😊 but the best bits are watching team members grow, from apprentice to qualified, from qualified to management.
Special skills: Listening and never losing his cool…

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? I’d by my parents their dream home
Steve directs all the operations of the company to ensure that all departments work together efficiently and that client projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Best bit of the job: Steve enjoys the satisfaction of a job well done. He loves supporting other team members to understand and achieve their full potential and sharing his electrical knowledge with everyone from engineers to apprentices.
Special skills: Project/Construction Management and a great sense of humour.
Favourite TV programme: Steve loves a bit of Sci-Fi (Star Trek is a particular favourite) and a classic comedy such as Only Fools and Horses.
Dream holiday location: Remote Caribbean island
What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? Buy my wife her own house, Joking. Buy our dream home together in the Lake District
Nick manages the company operations on a day-to-day basis, liaising with clients and ensuring projects exceed our client’s expectations.
Best bit of the job: Nick enjoys building strong relationships with clients who know they can trust him and Whitestar to deliver.

Ashley manages Whitestar projects, everything from ordering materials and liaising with clients, to ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met and organising secure access.
Best bit of the job: Ashley enjoys dealing with clients and engineers on a daily basis.
Special skills: Listening to people to understand their exact requirements.
Favourite TV programme: Ashley is a fan of Midsomer Murders

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
Land!
Adam runs Whitestar projects on the ground, everything from meeting clients on site, to site surveys and ordering materials, right up to ensuring everything runs smoothly and test certificates.
Best bit of the job: Adam likes interacting with lots of different people and visiting many interesting places.
Special skills: Electrical testing and certification, able to juggle multiple tasks, quick learner and creative problem solver.
Favourite TV programme: Adam is another vote for Only Fools and Horses.

Buy a house with a big garage for all my cars
Bijal is in charge of looking after the financial health of the company.

A chalet in Val d’Isere and the rest to an Africa focused charity.
Sarah is responsible for the day to day running of the Whitestar office and is the go-to person for any issues the Operations or Admin team have.
Best bit of the job: Sarah likes the variety; every day is different.
Special skills: Good communication skills, excellent organisational skills and copes well under pressure.
Favourite TV programme: Sarah has some diverse tastes; Breaking Bad and Love Island!
Dream holiday location: Sarah has a list; Machu Picchu, Peru, Canadian Rockies, Banff, Vietnam and Alaska.

I would buy a beautiful house for me and my children in the middle of nowhere, yet close enough to amenities.
Amy supports the Operations and Finance teams to ensure that all administration is dealt with efficiently and things run smoothly.
